Can't connect to your server?

Don't worry, there are a few steps we can go through to get your server back online!

 

Check your connection settings

On your control panel, follow these instructions:

  1. Click on your server
  2. On the left-hand side, there should be a connection URL such as uk-1-ksp.styxnet.xyz:2051. Make a not of the four numbers on the end.
  3. Select "File Manager" on the navbar at the top
  4. Find the "Config" folder and click on it
  5. Click on ConnectionSettings.xml
  6. Find the line starting with <Port>
  7. Ensure the number inside the port tags match the four numbers on the end of the connection URL.
  8. Click save content and go back to the console.
  9. Restart your server

 

Restart server

On your control panel, click the restart button on your server.
